Item Changes and Additions (06/01/2007)
In the upcoming version update, we plan to introduce a multitude of items and synthesis recipes that will open the door to new weapons and armor with graphics unlike anything you’ve ever seen before!
We will also be giving players another chance to obtain the rewards from selected quests and missions they have already completed.

Merit Point Adjustments (05/30/2007)
In the soon-to-be released version update, we plan to introduce “Group 2” abilities for the blue mage, corsair, and puppetmaster jobs. We will also be increasing the maximum limit for point allocation in the “Combat Skills” and “Magic Skills” merit point categories for all jobs.

Accounts Banned (05/23/2007)
Around 4,200 accounts in violation of the FINAL FANTASY XI user agreement were suspended or banned today.
