I ran across a great site where you can see and track your (FFXIV) in game minions and mounts.

1. Select your data center or server
2. enter your characters name
3. Search!
Here you can see what minions and mounts you have and what you still need to collect. Also you can use this to find out how to obtain minions and mounts you are missing. ( I have added this as well to the FFXIV drop down menu)
